Ordering
We provide a complete sizing chart on each product page to guide you in selecting the right fit. If you remain uncertain or if the chart is unavailable, our customer support team is happy to provide tailored assistance.
Placing an order is simple and clear:
Look through our collections and pick the styles you prefer. Use filters to refine your search by colour, category, or size.
When you decide on a product, press Add to basket. Repeat this for other products you want.
Click the basket icon at the top right to check sizes, styles, and quantities.
Once ready, select Checkout.
Provide your address, email, phone number, and any extra instructions.
Choose a payment option such as Shop Pay or debit/credit card.
Check all details and press Place Order to finalise.
After completing your order, you will instantly receive an email with order details.
We accept debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
You should automatically get an email confirmation directly after checkout. This message contains your order ID, product summary, and shipping details. Please also check your junk/spam folder. If it still does not appear, contact our support with your name and order ID, and we will send it again.
Yes. You may cancel within 12 hours by contacting us quickly. Because our fulfilment system processes orders fast, if your purchase is already packed or dispatched we might not be able to stop it. If dispatched, please wait for delivery and follow the return policy.
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, modifications may be possible. Contact us quickly and we will confirm what changes can be made.
When checking out, enter your voucher or promo code in the discount field and press Apply. Your total will update instantly. If there are any issues, reach out to support.
Orders are shipped from our supplier. VAT, if applicable, is charged by the courier on delivery rather than by us. If you require an invoice, you can request it from the courier.
Delivery
Shipping typically requires 5 to 7 working days
Postage is free of charge. If you exchange an item, return shipping costs may apply. These are calculated according to package weight.
You can track your shipment live on our tracking page. Email updates with progress and an estimated arrival date are also sent.
Confirm the delivery address and check nearby safe spots like a neighbour or reception.
Look for a note left by the courier.
Contact the courier directly with your tracking reference.
Reach out to customer service with your order and tracking details.
If necessary, file a claim with the courier. We will help provide any required paperwork.
Tracking data can sometimes lag. Please wait 3 to 5 working days for updates. If nothing changes after that, contact us and we’ll investigate.
If you spot the mistake quickly, notify us right away and we might correct it before it’s shipped. If already dispatched, ask the courier for a redirection. Extra charges may apply. Always double-check your details before ordering.
Use the notice or tracking info to identify the pickup point. If unclear, call the courier. Be sure to collect the parcel within the timeframe given, otherwise it may be returned. Contact us if you need assistance.

Returns
You are allowed to return your purchase within 30 days after delivery.
Contact our service team and provide:
- Your order reference.
- Photos of the product. It must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The reason for sending it back.
We will then provide you with a return form and clear steps.
The correct address and instructions will be included in the return form we send after you reach out to us.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Standard fees range between $15 and $30 per parcel. Heavy packages may cost more because rates depend on weight.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method you used and normally take up to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
Returns usually require 2 to 4 weeks, depending on shipping times. Once your parcel arrives at our overseas warehouse it is processed within 5 business days. Approved returns receive a full refund. Rejected ones (for used, damaged, or wrong items) will not be refunded, and the product will be shipped back to you free of charge.
Our policy allows 30 days from delivery date. The return package must be handed to the carrier within those 30 days.
Exchanges
Yes. You can request exchanges within 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges are complimentary for the item itself. Return shipping costs apply and depend on the package weight.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Take a picture of the defective or damaged item. Email support@fairmontstyle.com with the image. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. After verification, we will dispatch a replacement at no charge and you can keep the damaged product. Returns are not required. We do not provide refunds for damaged items, only replacements.
Follow the same instructions above. We will send the correct product at no extra cost.
Contact us with your order information. Once we confirm the missing item, we will ship it free of charge.
